Welcome Rally | Sunday, January 25


Are you new to CHC or have questions about our church? Join us for our Welcome Rally on Sunday, January 25th immediately following the 11A service. **Please meet at the InfoCenter & you'll be escorted back to the 180 Cafe after the security team has cleared the tHis Way Kids check out!

This is a laidback, casual opportunity for anyone looking to learn more about CHC. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about CHC, discover ministries, and share your story. Lunch will be provided. We can't wait to get to know you and your family!

New Life Sunday | February 1


The Bible says that all professing Christians should be baptized (Matthew 28:18-20). Whether you've been following Jesus for a long time and have never been baptized or are a new Christian, we would be honored to baptize you!

Worship Night | Friday, February 6th

Ladies, you're invited to a night of worship, encouragement, and community for women of all ages on Friday, February 6!

Doors open at 6p so come a little early to grab a custom soda from Fizzy Sips & Sweets (available for purchase) and snap some fun photos at the photo backdrop! Worship kicks off at 7p and there will be giveaways, prayer, and plenty of time to connect with other women.

Wear your pink or red, grab your galentines, and come enjoy a night in the presence of Jesus!


Random (but important!) Announcements

Hey, y'all ?? It's your friend, Erica! I have a mixed bag of info for you below.
  • 180 Cafe Reservations - Beginning February 1st, we will not be scheduling reservations for the 180 Cafe for the remainder of our building project. I would absolutely hate to have a party scheduled & it's a total construction zone. At some point, possibly sooner rather than later, it's going to be a mess back there. Thank you for understanding!
    • NOTE: This is only regarding reservations & special events, not normal 180 Student Ministry activities/classes.
  • Giving Statements - My goal is have all giving statements ready for delivery by Sunday, January 25th. You will either receive it via your chosen delivery method through the survey that was posted or they'll be available for pickup at the InfoCenter. Thank you for your grace & patience through this process.
  • Contacting Me - The best way to contact me is via text/call at (937) 600-6912 (main church line) or via email: ericacaudill@communityharvest.church. FYI - My off days are Friday & Saturday so my response time might not be as quick on those days, but I'll reply ASAP.
There is the potential for a lot of change, a lot of information shared, & a lot of questions this year with our building project & the general growth of our church. Please feel free to reach out if you need info - I'm happy to help any way I can!

2026 Vacation Bible School Announcement

Since planning would normally kick into high gear around this time, we needed to make a decision on this year's VBS in light of our potential upcoming construction.

Unfortunately, we will not be having Vacation Bible School this year. It was an incredibly difficult decision but after much prayer & deliberation, the senior leadership team felt that with the potential building project starting anytime, it's way too risky to put the time, money & effort into planning it - then probably having to cancel it later. We're looking forward to bringing it back as soon as possible.

There WILL be alternative plans made & that announcement will come from our Children's Directors at a later time. We appreciate your understanding.

REMINDER | Inclement Weather Process

We make every effort to gather for services, however, there are times when the weather makes that impossible to do safely. The safety of our congregants, volunteers & staff is paramount.

A few factors go into making the extremely difficult decision to cancel:
  • current & predicted weather conditions
  • surrouding counties emergency levels
  • road conditions within a 10-20 mile radius of the church
  • the church parking lot conditions

Our Bridge young adults group is thriving & we couldn't be prouder! We have a really special group of young people & there's always room for more. Please see their remaining meeting schedule & share with any unmarried 18-29 year olds that are looking to get plugged in.

CHC App Update

We are aware that the CHC app is not currently available on the Google Play store. This affects all non-iPhone smartphones. We are actively working with the Google developers to resolve this issue.

The app IS available on the Apple app store for iPhone users.
